Sourcing Manager - Talent Acquisition Requisition #: 623608 Location: Philadelphia, PA, US, 19103 Career Area: Corporate + Field Support Description: Job Description Sourcing Manager – Talent Acquisition About The Role Aramark is transforming how we source talent across 10 diverse lines of business. As a Sourcing Manager, you’ll lead a team of Sourcing Partners to deliver inclusive, high-quality pipelines for critical roles that meet the need across all lines of business. This is a leadership role focused on driving results for the business, setting strategy, and creating clarity in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment. While your primary focus is team leadership, you’ll step in hands-on when needed to meet business priorities. Job Responsibilities What You’ll Do- Manage and develop a team of Sourcing Partners, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and solution-orientation.
- Set sourcing strategies and priorities across multiple lines of business; balance current needs with proactive pipeline building.
- Build relationships with the business to identify success profiles, market insights, and sourcing channels.
- Partner across Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to align on priorities and deliver a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Translate data and market signals into clear, compelling stories that influence decisions and build trust.
- Promote inclusive sourcing practices and ensure consistent engagement standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and lead through change.
- Skilled at influencing without authority and building partnerships in a heavily matrixed organization.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, able to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- 5–7+ years in talent sourcing/recruiting. Preferred 2+ years leading sourcers or managing sourcing programs.
- Experience guiding sourcing strategies across multiple business units; familiarity with ATS/CRM tools and sourcing technologies.
- Bonus: Understanding of front-line businesses and operational environments.
