Lead Business Analyst
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Lead Business Analyst to fill an opening in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania .
Daily Responsibilities for Lead Business Analyst:
- Lead the BA function supporting medical policy and claims processing
- Develop and oversee medical policy–related business requirements
- Guide the team responsible for writing requirements (not a hands-on requirements writer)
- Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm OR 8am to 5pm
- 5+ years of experience with Claims processing (ideal), Medical policy and product operations or benefits within an insurance company
- Candidates are asked to provide their own equipment
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, meet deadlines
- Understanding of HealthRules Payer and Source (UST platforms) or similar systems
- Medical Coding background strong plus!
