Join a clean, organized fabrication floor where precision matters. You’ll champion thin‑gauge TIG welding and support multiple stages of production to deliver parts that meet strict quality targets.
Your mission
- TIG weld 11–16 gauge stainless and aluminum sheet
- Jump in on MIG welding tasks when needed
- Perform fit‑up, fabrication, and assembly pre‑weld
- Inspect final welds for dimensional accuracy, strength, and aesthetics
- Interpret basic shop drawings/fab layouts to plan your work
- Uphold safety and quality standards; keep the cell organized
- Handle additional related tasks as assigned
What we’re looking for
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years TIG welding experience (sheet metal background strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to TIG weld 11‑ and 16‑gauge material
- Pass a weld test
- Exceptional attention to detail and workmanship
- Team‑oriented, dependable, and safety‑focused
- Capable of bending, lifting, twisting, crouching, and standing throughout the shift
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Weld test required.
