Salary: $140,000.00 USD Annually - $170,000.00 USD Annually Description: Our client, a global leader in connectivity and sensor solutions , is seeking an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join their Digital Data Networks (DDN) team. This role will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing ABM strategies that establish the company as a trusted partner to target accounts in the AI, Cloud, and Data Center markets. The ABM Manager will work closely with Sales and cross-functional partners to deliver measurable outcomes, leveraging customer insights, digital engagement, and innovative marketing practices. This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities- Partner with Sales and Account teams to co-develop ABM strategies aligned with business goals, customer needs, and account plans.
- Design, launch, and manage multi-channel ABM campaigns (email, paid ads, social, and tailored content).
- Create account-specific playbooks and messaging frameworks to support targeted outreach and deepen customer engagement.
- Manage the account experience on the company website, including content personalization, navigation, and relevance for target accounts.
- Deliver actionable insights to Sales and cross-functional teams based on account engagement data and analytics.
- Continuously measure, report, and optimize ABM programs, using data to refine strategies and demonstrate business impact.
- Recommend tools, workflows, and processes to enhance ABM efficiency and Sales-Marketing alignment.
- Stay current on ABM and digital marketing trends, including predictive analytics and AI-driven personalization, applying them to elevate campaign performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- 8 - 15 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on ABM in B2B, SaaS, technology, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record of managing the complete ABM lifecycle—from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus, Triblio, RollWorks, etc.), CRM systems, and digital campaign platforms.
- Experience collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in account scoring, lead nurturing, and buyer journey mapping.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
- Customer-centric thinker with proven ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Website content management and analytics experience preferred.
