Buchanan Auto Park is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician with Mopar experience to join our team in Waynesboro, PA. This role offers a competitive salary paid weekly, with compensation ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance, specifically with Mopar vehicles, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers.

• Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on Mopar vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct thorough inspections and provide accurate estimates to customers.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and technology to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Maintain clear communication with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and repair timelines.
• Ensure all repairs comply with safety standards and company policies.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and in compliance with environmental regulations.

• Proven experience as an automotive technician with a strong knowledge of Mopar systems and components.
• ASE certification or equivalent industry certifications preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals, technical bulletins, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the workplace.
