Buchanan Auto Park is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician with Mopar experience to join our team in Waynesboro, PA. This role offers a competitive salary paid weekly, with compensation ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance, specifically with Mopar vehicles, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities- Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on Mopar vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide accurate estimates to customers.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and technology to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Maintain clear communication with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and repair timelines.
- Ensure all repairs comply with safety standards and company policies.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician with a strong knowledge of Mopar systems and components.
- ASE certification or equivalent industry certifications preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret service manuals, technical bulletins, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the workplace.
