Job Summary

The Wash Bay Operator is responsible for supporting daily operations through the cleaning, handling, and movement of tools and equipment. This entry-level role plays a key part in maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient wash bay and facility environment. Forklift operation and general facility support are central to the position.

Job Description

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move tools and equipment
• Maintain ownership of the wash bay area, including operation of power washers
  
• Unload incoming tools, clean them thoroughly, and transport them to designated locations
  
• Support general base and facility management tasks as needed
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Skills Required

• Entry-level position; no minimum years of experience required
• Forklift experience preferred
  
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines
  
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  
• Willingness to perform hands-on, physical tasks
  
• Forklift certification preferred
  
• Forklift certification will be provided after onboarding if not already obtained
• Saturdays may be required during periods of high activity

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay Rate

• $20 per hour (Compensation is be offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)

Additional Requirements

• Sch edule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday however, Saturdays might be required to cover for activity picks
