Administrative Assistant
McGrew Construction Services is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable A dministrative Assistant to keep our operations running smoothly. This role is the backbone of our business, supporting crews, managing financial tracking, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and track quotes & invoices
- Manage the Master Data Sheet (employees, payroll, vehicles, projects, etc.)
- Keep office systems organized (filing, email, job tracking, whiteboards)
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and operations run smoothly
- Print, organize, and file receipts for tax/accounting purpose
- AP / AR
- Weekly payroll processing
- Communicate with field teams, vendors, and leadership daily
- Run local errands (pickups, supplies, etc.) as needed
- Support crews to keep jobs moving without delays
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to lift 25lbs+
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
