Position Summary

Carclo is seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Inspector/Packers. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting molded plastic parts for quality and packaging finished goods according to customer and company standards. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that only high-quality products are shipped to our customers. We have openings at our Latrobe, Export and Greensburg facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect plastic components for defects, quality issues, and compliance with specifications
• Follow work instructions, visual aids, and quality standards
• Package finished products accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Complete required documentation and production records
• Communicate quality concerns or production issues to supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Support team members and assist with other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and counting skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work the 12-Hour Shifts (7 AM–7 PM / 7 PM–7 AM) on a 2-2-3 schedule

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
• Frequent use of hands for inspection and packaging
• Ability to lift up to 25–30 pounds
• Good vision (with or without correction) for detailed inspection work
