Who we are: The Point Breeze Community Market is an independent farmers market in South Philly that was created to improve access to locally grown food, support small businesses, build our commercial corridor on Point Breeze Ave, and create a shared space that welcomes the wide diversity of our neighborhood.
This is our second full year of operation since starting in the Fall of 2024. We are specifically looking to grow our essential food offerings to deliver a "grocery store on the street" experience. The Market itself was started by The Point Breeze Business Association, a local non-profit made up of business owners in Point Breeze. We’re a small team working together to hone and refine our systems.
Thursdays are our favorite day in Point Breeze because it brings all of our favorite people together. And we’re looking for someone who fits with our community, wants to build on what we’ve built, and grow the market to welcome more and more people to Thursdays in Point Breeze.
