What You'll Do (But Not Limited To): Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a comfortable and positive salon experienceConduct thoughtful consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle considerationsProvide a variety of esthetician services while maintaining high standards of quality and careBuild lasting relationships with clients through trust, consistency, and exceptional serviceMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with state regulationsUphold a polished appearance and represents the Ciao Bella brand with pride and professionalismEducate clients on services, maintenance, and product recommendations to enhance resultsAssist with basic register transactions and salon software tasks as neededProvide and maintain your own professional tools and suppliesStay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continue growing your craftQualificationsActive Pennsylvania Nail Technician License or Pennsylvania Cosmetology LicenseFlexible availabilityExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong knowledge of skincare, safety, and sanitation practicesIn this role, you will greet clients warmly, conduct service consultations, and provide high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail care services. You will maintain strict sanitation and safety standards, keep your workspace organized and professional, and ensure each client feels comfortable and cared for. You will also supply and maintain your own tools and products, assist with basic register and software tasks, and educate clients on nail and skincare products when appropriate.
