We are seeking a motivated and outgoing person to join our team. As a technical administrative assistant, youll play an essential role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth operations. If you are a detail-oriented, proactive person who enjoys helping customers and collaborating with team members, wed love to have you grow with us. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments/service calls, planning meetings, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as reading and responding to emails, answering phones, scheduling service calls, and updating and organizing inventory.
- Triage customer support calls, resolve if possible, or assign to other team members if necessary.
- Report to Director of Operations for daily updates and issues requiring attention.
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication.
- Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting skills.
- Bookkeeping skills would be nice but not necessary
- Work with clients and vendors, providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
- Build various IT related contracts for customers
- Work with service providers when there are customer issues
- We are an IT/Communications company so a basic understanding of IT and Phone systems would be a benefit.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects and multitask
- Experience in troubleshooting basic computer and printer issues
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communicational and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- High School diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
