Level V Vehicle Maintenance Secretary
- Maintain and update reports concerning the status of vehicles being repaired.
- Prepare, on a monthly basis, a Vehicle Service Report.
- Prepare various monthly invoices for Transportation Department as required.
- Enter transportation calendars into ACCESS Database.
- Track inventory levels of parts, diesel, and unleaded fuels. Order items as needed or directed by Administration.
- Contact and organize personnel for snow removal of vehicles and transportation lots as directed by Administration.
- Assist the Supervisor, Vehicle Maintenance in scheduling and confirming appointments for the repair and/or service of vehicles.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer applications skills.
- Ability to operate various pieces of office equipment.
- Ability to understand the need for and maintain confidentiality.
- Possess or obtain, within six months, valid PA Class B Commercial Driver's License (“CDL”) with school bus and passenger endorsements.
