Maintenance Technician

In this role, you’ll be thego-to expert ensuring building systems operate safely, efficiently, and withoutinterruption making a direct impact every single day.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Performroutine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing,and general building systems.
Conductmaintenance inspections, troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and completerepairs efficiently.
Serviceand maintain HVAC systems, including air handling units (AHUs), filter changes,cooling systems, and heat pumps.
Performgeneral maintenance work such as plumbing repairs, carpentry, and minorelectrical tasks—acting as a true facilities “jack-of-all-trades.
Assistwith installation, modification, and upgrades of building equipment andsystems.
Review,manage, and complete assigned work orders using CMMS or other maintenancetracking systems.
Supportenergy management initiatives by ensuring all systems are operating at optimalefficiency.
Inspectequipment and systems to ensure compliance with building codes and safetyregulations.
Communicateclearly with team members and leadership, providing updates on work progressand issues.
Followestablished procedures while contributing to team performance through reliable,high-quality work. What You’llNeed:
HighSchool Diploma, GED, or trade school certification (or equivalent combinationof education and experience).
Minimumof 5 years of facilities maintenance experience required.
Experiencein a pharmaceutical or regulated environment strongly preferred.
Hands-onexperience with HVAC systems (AHUs, filter changes, heat pumps, coolingsystems), plumbing maintenance and repair, and basic carpentry.
Strongmechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills across multiple trades.
Abilityto lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical tasks including standing, walking,climbing ladders, and working in varied conditions.
Solidorganizational skills with an inquisitive, problem-solving mindset.
Basicproficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Abilityto understand and follow standard operating procedures and communicateeffectively.
