Administrative Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.23 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm )

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with lease-related requests, including registrations, payoffs, and account inquiries.
• Process and respond to incoming mail, including parking tickets, property taxes, registration renewals, and license plate updates.
• Maintain organized filing systems for active leases, off-lease documentation, cash receipts, and related records.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as deal preparation, title and insurance follow-up, registration paperwork, and bank funding documents as training progresses.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word daily to manage records, prepare documents, and support office operations.
• Motor vehicle registration experience is a plus

Administrative Associate Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience; leasing or finance industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word with strong computer and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced office environment.
• Experience with motor vehicle registration, title, or licensing paperwork is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to learn new processes quickly
