Executive Assistant

STARR Restaurants is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our CEO.

Based in Philadelphia, this role goes beyond traditional administrative support. The Executive Assistant will help maximize the CEO's effectiveness by managing competing priorities, coordinating complex logistics, facilitating communication across the organization, and driving key projects forward. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex and evolving calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives

• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and meeting logistics

• Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and senior leadership team, facilitating communication and follow-through across the organization

• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up action items

• Track and coordinate special projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met

• Prioritize and manage incoming requests, correspondence, and scheduling needs

• Support planning and coordination for executive meetings, restaurant openings, industry events, and other company initiatives

• Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism

• Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively develop solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive in a high-growth or fast-paced environment

• Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills

• Strong judgment and ability to work independently

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and other business productivity tools

• Hospitality, lifestyle, consumer, real estate, or entrepreneurial business experience preferred
