Pulmonary/CC & Sleep Opportunity in Central Pennsylvania

Penn Highlands Healthcare is adding a Pulmonology/Critical Care Provider, with Sleep Certification Preferred, not required , here in DuBois, PA.

You will provide state-of-the-art pulmonary services with a focus on Interventional Pulmonology including robotic navigational bronchoscopy, bronchial thermoplasty, thoracic ultrasound, cryotherapy, airway stenting, diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, Pleurx catheter placement, pleurodesis, and a full scope of interventional pulmonary procedures.

We pioneered several new procedures in the area and has been instrumental in developing a comprehensive lung center that allows a rapid assessment and management of healthcare needs based on the population characteristics and available resources. The model has been very successful in bringing advanced pulmonary services, including the latest technology and population health services such as a robust lung cancer screening program, to support the clinical needs in the region. The group also has a successful research program running over 30 clinical trials around lung cancer, COPD, asthma, ABPA, bronchiectasis and interventional pulmonary procedures.
