Residential Plumber

A leader in residential home services is hiring for Residential Service Plumbers based in Harrisburg, PA. This role serves homeowners across the region and focuses on high-quality service, clear communication, and job ownership from start to finish.

These are 1st shift openings, 7:30am to 3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures, including water heaters, re-pipes, well pumps, water treatment equipment, and kitchen/bath components.

- Present solutions, pricing, and options to homeowners and obtain approval before work.

- Complete work neatly and efficiently while upholding integrity and first-time quality.

- Document findings, estimates, and work performed on an iPad; close out accurate, timely paperwork.

- Mentor less experienced technicians and model safe, professional jobsite behavior.

- Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the service team as needed.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of residential plumbing service experience.

- Valid driver's license with insurable record.

- Proficiency with mobile workflow tools; ability to draft professional emails.

- ServiceTitan experience a plus.

- Journeyman or Master Plumber license a plus.

- Ability to work in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and outdoors; lift and carry as required.
