Role : Payroll and HR Support Specialist
Pay Range: $50,000 - $57,000 / year
Location: Hybrid remote in Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 (in-office 3 days per week).

Key Responsibilities
- Update technical requirements in the UKG Ready (Kronos) system for operations and clients.
- Provide advanced support to clients and internal staff on complex payroll, HR, and timekeeping issues.
- Train clients and internal staff on UKG Ready functionalities.
- Handle and complete support requests efficiently.
- Research and resolve issues promptly, while communicating status updates and estimated completion times clearly to clients.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges, including PTO, TLM, Advanced Scheduler, Onboarding, Recruiting, Checklists, Workflows, Benefit Enrollments, and more.
Required Experience
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience using and supporting UKG Ready (Kronos) in timekeeping, payroll, and/or HR.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
- Proven ability to utilize various resources for researching and resolving basic to complex inquiries.
- History of managing multiple simultaneous support cases in an organized manner.
- Demonstrated consistent productivity and exceeding expectations with clients and team members.
- Track record of delivering high-quality service under any circumstances.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll, TLM, and HRIS.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Excellent and prompt attendance is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with insightful communication.
- Willingness to embrace advanced training to continuously improve.
- Solid knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Rest API experience is a major plus.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Understanding and experience with profile-based configuration in HCM systems.
- Creative problem-solving skills, including "thinking outside the box" and testing "what if" scenarios without risking service interruptions or existing functionality.
What We Offer
- Salary : $50,000 - $57,000 annually (based on experience).
