Pay Range: $50,000 - $57,000 / year

Location: Hybrid remote in Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 (in-office 3 days per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Update technical requirements in the UKG Ready (Kronos) system for operations and clients.
• Provide advanced support to clients and internal staff on complex payroll, HR, and timekeeping issues.
• Train clients and internal staff on UKG Ready functionalities.
• Handle and complete support requests efficiently.
• Research and resolve issues promptly, while communicating status updates and estimated completion times clearly to clients.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges, including PTO, TLM, Advanced Scheduler, Onboarding, Recruiting, Checklists, Workflows, Benefit Enrollments, and more.

Required Experience

• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience using and supporting UKG Ready (Kronos) in timekeeping, payroll, and/or HR.
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
• Proven ability to utilize various resources for researching and resolving basic to complex inquiries.
• History of managing multiple simultaneous support cases in an organized manner.
• Demonstrated consistent productivity and exceeding expectations with clients and team members.
• Track record of delivering high-quality service under any circumstances.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll, TLM, and HRIS.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Excellent and prompt attendance is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with insightful communication.
• Willingness to embrace advanced training to continuously improve.
• Solid knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Rest API experience is a major plus.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Understanding and experience with profile-based configuration in HCM systems.
• Creative problem-solving skills, including "thinking outside the box" and testing "what if" scenarios without risking service interruptions or existing functionality.
