Event Sales Coordinator

BeVisionary is a fast-growing singles events company creating fun, meaningful ways for people to connect. We are seeking a proactive, personable, and motivated Event Sales Intern to support the expansion of our event footprint. In this role, you will assist with researching, contacting, and building relationships with new venues across southeastern PA, southern NJ, and DE for our singles events.

What You’ll Do

● Research potential venues that align with the BeVisionary brand and business model requirements.

● Assist with outreach via phone and email to introduce BeVisionary and event partnership opportunities.

● Support scheduling meetings with venue decision-makers to discuss event details.

● Maintain a database of venue prospects and track outreach progress.

● Assist with follow-ups to confirm bookings and logistical details.

● Collaborate with the team to support event planning and coordination efforts.

Who You Are

● Outgoing and comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships.

● Strong verbal and written communicator with professional and persuasive communication skills.

● Organized and detail-oriented, with good time management.

● Self-motivated and able to work independently.

● Interest in sales, events, marketing, or business development.

● Prior sales, hospitality, or event coordination experience is a plus but not required.
