We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Titusville Nursing and Rehab, a premier healthcare provider in Titusville, Pennsylvania. As a per diem RN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that comes with a per diem schedule.
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Titusville Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and provide wound care and treatment. Your expertise and compassion will help us deliver exceptional care to our patients, and your flexibility will enable you to make a positive impact in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatment
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
Monitor and record patient vital signs and other relevant data
Participate in clinical staffing and educational programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care
