**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
+ Monitor access control at the front desk and verify identification of individuals entering or exiting the commercial real estate location.
+ Respond to incidents and/or critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or unusual activity encountered at the front desk area.
+ Assist with visitor management, including logging visitors and issuing badges per site guidelines.
+ Support emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site management.
+ Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and property management to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ CPR and First Aid training is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
