We are looking to add another developer to the Chat team, which is responsible for the live chat infrastructure supporting Client's Retail PTech organization. This individual will primarily focus on the chat orchestration platform.

responsibilities:
We are looking to add another developer to the Chat team, which is responsible for the live chat infrastructure supporting Client's Retail PTech organization. This individual will primarily focus on the chat orchestration platform.

qualifications:
Required Skills

The ideal candidate should have experience with:

JavaScript and TypeScript

AWS, particularly Lambda and related serverless technologies

Node.js

WebSockets for real-time messaging

Authentication and security processes

CI/CD pipelines

Integration development

Agile methodologies and working within cross-functional teams

Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and investigative skills with the ability to diagnose defects and perform root cause analysis

Experience with Genesys would be a significant advantage, although we understand candidates with that background are difficult to find.

Preferred Skills

In addition to the core technical requirements, experience with the following would be beneficial:

Conversational AI and chatbot development

AI platforms such as Claude or similar large language models

Enterprise architecture concepts
