Landscaper
Key Responsibilities:
- Install landscape fabric, erosion control blankets, or decorative mulch mats.
- Secure matting using stakes, pins, or adhesives as required.
- Cut and fit matting around plants, trees, and landscape features.
- Maintain tools and equipment used for matting installation.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE such as high visibility vest, high top construction boots, and hardhat if the workspace requires.
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and quality results.
Qualifications:
- Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit, able to bend, stretch, kneel and stand throughout the entirety of the shift.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs. occasionally.
- Comfortable using hand tools like utility knives, hammers, and rakes.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
Work Environment:
- Outdoor job sites.
- Exposure to sun, rain, dirt, and uneven terrain.
- May involve early morning starts.
