Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Danville, Pennsylvania 17822
• Healthcare Setting: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: August 18, 2025
• End Date: November 16, 2025
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday (7:00/7:30 am start)
• Call: 1–2 weeknights per week and every 4th weekend
• Hours per Week: 40
• Employment Type: Travel RN

Cath Lab RN Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state
• At least 1 year of recent experience as a Cath Lab RN or in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to participate in call rotation as scheduled

Cath Lab RN Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional cardiology procedures
• Monitor, assess, and provide nursing care to patients before, during, and after cardiac procedures
• Administer medications and manage intravenous lines as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Respond to medical emergencies and deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Participate in scheduled call rotation, including weeknights and every 4th weekend
