Escrow Insurance Specialist
Summary/Objective
The Escrow Insurance Specialist I is responsible for monitoring of all insurance and accuracy of data while assisting the offshore insurance team.
What You Will Do:
- Assisting the offshore team with
- Paying insurance bills (homeowner’s, flood, earthquake, Force Place)
- Insurance Loss Claims
- Flood Determinations
- Cancellations on insurance
- Daily Exception Reports
- Daily Interface output reports
- Tracking expiration dates on insurance
- Due Diligence on incoming transfers
- Documenting customer accounts
- Making outgoing calls to agents
- Assisting Manager with audits, projects, and escalations
- Client communication
- Vendor communication
- Responsible for meeting legal requirements and following internal policies

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Ability to sit for long periods of time is essential.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a hybrid in office position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in office Tuesday – Thursday.
Education and Experience
- Basic Accounting Skills
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Internet, & PC
- Basic knowledge Property Insurance, preferred
