Position Overview:
Northstar Flooring is seeking experienced and motivated Independent Flooring Sales Agents to represent our product lines within designated territories. As a self-employed representative, you will focus on expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with retailers, contractors, designers, builders, and property managers, and driving profitable growth. This position offers a flexible schedule and unlimited income potential. MUST HAVE FLOORING SALES EXPERIENCE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within your territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with flooring retailers, distributors, contractors, builders, and designers.
• Present and promote Northstar Flooring’s product lines, demonstrating features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Provide customers with samples, catalogs, pricing, and sales materials.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and act as the primary liaison between clients and Northstar Flooring.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, specifically in flooring
• Established network within the flooring or construction industry.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your territory effectively
