Landscape Crew Leader

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew of landscaping team members on various job sites
- Coordinate daily tasks and ensure timely completion of landscaping projects
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations
- Communicate clearly with team members and management to facilitate smooth operations
- Assist with training and onboarding new crew members as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
