Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple marketing projects across digital and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports using analytics tools.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to develop marketing strategies that drive revenue.
- Assist with website updates and ensure content remains accurate and engaging.
- Design or coordinate the creation of advertisements, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Maintain the company's brand standards across all marketing channels.
- Build relationships with vendors, media partners, and community organizations.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
