Maguire Enterprise is a fast-growing franchisee group bringing nationally recognized brands to life in local communities. We recently launched The Picklr in both Newark, DE and Exton, PA-premium indoor pickleball clubs offering state-of-the-art courts, vibrant community spaces, and a fresh take on the fastest-growing sport in the U.S.

As we grow, we're focused on delivering world-class experiences that bring people together and build real community. Content plays a huge role in this-it captures the energy, celebrates our people, and brings others into the story. That's where you come in!

The Opportunity

We're looking for a creative, self-driven Content Creator to bring our Picklr clubs in Newark and Exton to life through short-form video and social media storytelling.

These two vibrant locations are full of personality, people, and stories worth sharing-from competitive games to casual rallies, from clinics to community events.

You'll be on-site at least 2-3 times per week (up to 25 hours a week, with opportunity for a ton of growth) , capturing a mix of planned and spontaneous content. While you'll align with our Marketing Director on overall goals, you'll have real freedom to pitch ideas, explore trends, and lead creative direction within our content pillars.

What You'll Do

• Create and publish short-form video on FacebookInstagram
• Capture ReelsStories on-site for both NewarkExton locations
• Edit and schedule content to meet weekly goalsKPIs (goal=daily posts)
• Highlight culture, gameplay, member energy, and community moments
• Film casual interviews with staff, members, or special guests
• Stay current with trends and formats-bring fresh ideas forward
• Jump ON-camera when needed to host or add personality
• Engage with followers in comments, DMs, and local community groups

What We're Looking For

• A passionate, self-starter with high energy and creative drive
• Strong organizational skills-able to plan content but pivot when new moments happen
• Proven experience creatingediting short-form video content
• Proficiency with tools like CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT, or Adobe Premiere
• A strong eye for authentic, engaging moments
• Comfortable on-camera and interacting with people
• Proactive, independent, and reliable with deadlines
• A genuine passion for storytelling, community, and trends

Compensation

$20-$25/hour, based on experience.
