Loaner/Returns Inspector
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Loaner/Returns Inspector to ensure the completeness and compliance of loaner sets with established inspection procedures. The role involves verifying the integrity and accuracy of loaner sets, managing returns, and maintaining meticulous documentation while adhering to company codes and policies.
Responsibilities
- Inspect loaner sets to ensure they are complete and free from missing or broken parts.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all associated paperwork.
- Receive, clean, inspect, decontaminate, enter, and reprocess returns and loaners.
- Assist in inventory management and tracking of deficiencies.
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with departmental procedures.
- Conduct all activities safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to company codes and policies, including compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent the company professionally, maintaining ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct.
- Experience in inspection, production, general labor, assembly, and quality control.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in data entry, including knowledge of MS Excel & Outlook.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to follow and comply with safety and quality procedures.

Work Environment
The position is based in a Medical Device Manufacturing facility featuring a state-of-the-art machine shop. The work environment is extremely clean and temperature-controlled. The shift runs from 11am to 7:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a casual dress code where employees must be presentable.

This is a Contract position based out of Eagleville, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
