  • Develop detailed simulation and vehicle test plans and procedures to test autonomous vehicle software, architecture or design changes.

  • Author test plans and work directly with test engineers, test operators to ensure execution fidelity and test quality.

  • Establish proactive testing workflows to identify gaps in test coverage, provide targeted feedback, and influence development roadmaps.

  • Analyze post testing data to identify anomalies and support root cause analysis for system failures. Develop automated data analysis and dashboard creation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices for integration processes and system validation.

  • Prepare and present readiness reviews to senior leadership to secure milestone approvals and ensure safe system deployment.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.

  • 5+ years of experience in system integration or system-level testing and validation of complex safety critical systems including requirement analysis, test plan development, execution and reporting.

  • Understanding of Systems Engineering, System Architecture, V&V activities and V model.

  • Experience in data analysis and generating dashboards using tools like Python and SQL.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Bonus Points (not required):

  • Experience with autonomous vehicle or ADAS testing and validation.

  • Hands-on experience with closed course, on-road and simulation testing.

  • Experience in CAN bus communication and networking using tools such as Vector CANoe, dSPACE, or NI hardware.
