We are a small, nimble video and film production company creating high-quality visual

content for brands, agencies, and organizations. From concept to final cut, we handle

the full production process in-house — and we're passionate about the craft. We are

looking for a driven business development leader to help us grow our client base and

sharpen our brand presence.

Role Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Lead for a 6-month contract

engagement. In this role, you will own our growth efforts end-to-end — from identifying

and nurturing leads to closing new client relationships in the video and film production

space. You will also play a hands-on role in refreshing our marketing materials and

leading a redesign of our company website.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and convert new business leads through outreach, networking,

and relationship-building

• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients; track opportunities and

follow through to close

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new client acquisition conversations

• Collaborate with internal team on pitches, proposals, and presentations

• Execute light marketing initiatives including social media presence, email

campaigns, and promotional content

• Lead the redesign and revamp of the company website — coordinating with

designers or developers as needed

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all client-facing materials

• Provide regular updates on pipeline status, wins, and strategic recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management —

ideally within video production, film, or broader creative/media industries

• Familiarity with the end-to-end workflow of a video/film production company (pre-

production through delivery) is strongly preferred

• Experience selling or supporting corporate video productions (brand films,

training videos, commercials, event coverage) is a strong plus

• Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport and close deals

• Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals (social, email, content)

• Experience managing or overseeing a website redesign project

• Self-starter who thrives in a small team environment with minimal hand-holding

• Existing network with marketing directors, agencies, or corporate

communications teams is a plus

Engagement Details

• Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension

• Commitment: Full-time

• Location: Remote

• Compensation: $1,500 per week
