Senior Performance Management Analyst
Responsibilities:
Â
- Participate in month-end close activities, identifying key variances.
- Participate in monthly reforecasting cycles and annual budget planning.
- Prepare and submit budget, forecasts and associated reporting templates.
- Develop and maintain business metrics for the UBU, covering all aspects of the business.
- Prepare performance reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and planning agility. Leverage Anaplan's capabilities to automate and streamline workflows.
- Further improve, automate, and enhance monthly and quarterly deliveries.
- Collaborates across departments to enhance operational efficiency and to align forecasts with business unit goals.
- Special projects as needed.
- Stays current with best practices in performance management and analytics.
Requirements:
Â
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics or Engineering with functional understanding of accounting.
- 5+ years of experience in performance management, financial planning, or business analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with close attention to detail.
- Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated.
- Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in SAP; Anaplan, PM Tool, Power BI and reporting dashboards,
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint skills.
