Program Manager

3iNETWORKING is a business development company that has over 30 years of experience in providing solutions to small - midsized businesses and non-profit organizations in NWPA. We collaborate with organizations to assist them in developing programming and strategies to increase impact and to fulfill their mission and more.

We are seeking an energetic business professional with experience in program coordination, management, team supervision, and customer service to assist in the coordination and delivery of services for a newly established business development service center. This position ensures that our business solutions consultants are completing the day-to-day tasks necessary for the successful implementation of technical assistance services to small businesses and the overall business develop program. The new hire must be able to:

• Identify bottlenecks in the process of service delivery to small businesses, provide solutions, and remove impediments in the day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate and manage a remote team of 5 Business Solutions Consultants (BSC) as they provide technical assistance to disadvantaged businesses in thirteen counties of NWPA.
• Ensure BSCs are meeting their monthly goals in registering HDBs into the program, accurately assesses HDB’s business needs, developing accurate action plans/ technical assistance plan (TAP) and ensuring the successful delivery of the TAPs by the BSC.
• Develop TAPs and provide technical assistance alongside BSC’s and individually based on case load of businesses.
• Assist in the development and retrieval of reports submitted to state depts.
• Report weekly on program progress through data driven insights.
• Provide technical assistance to small businesses.
• The new hire must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to travel to the thirteen counties of NWPA when necessary, represent the program and complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by regional operations director.

The program manager works closely with the ROD and BSCs. Works with ROD to brainstorm and develop workflows and processes to improve operations. Works closely with BSCs to provide technical assistance to businesses and manage service delivery effectively and efficiently. Ideally the candidate will have experience and knowledge in business, process development, management, improvement, and service delivery.
