Salary: $95,000 - $175,000 USD per annum
* Oversee all front desk operations, including client reception, correspondence, and scheduling, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
* Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries with professionalism and efficiency both in person and over the phone.
* Maintain the presentation of the reception area and office, ensuring it is always welcoming and professional.
* Develop, implement, and refine front office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and the client experience.
* Coordinate with mortgage professionals and other departments to ensure smooth communication and operational flow.
* Manage office supplies, inventory, and administrative budgets for the front office.
* Address and resolve any client issues or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive outcome. Qualifications * Proven experience in a Front Office Manager, Office Manager, or senior administrative role, preferably within the financial services or a similar professional services industry.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with a polished and professional demeanour.
* Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
* A strong, client-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering a paramount client experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office management software.
