Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Mazik Group is hiring a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Kennett Middle School. This is not a clinic position. You’ll be embedded in the school day, working directly with students, staff, and teachers to provide meaningful behavioral support.

7.5 Per Day, 1,425 Hours Per Year
Work Day:
7:20am-3:20pm
About the Role
A key part of this role is the collaborative team environment. Unlike traditional staffing agency placements where you may be on your own, here you’ll join a district-based team with several other BCBAs already in place. You’ll have daily collaboration, shared problem-solving, and direct support from colleagues who are also on-site.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, consulting with teachers, supporting staff, and leading two daily social skills groups to help students build communication, social, and emotional skills.
Compensation & Paths
W-2 Hourly (Up to 1,425 Hours a Year)
- BCBA: $67-$72 - (Earn up to ~$105K)
