Job Summary

Assemble pumps, motors, protectors, gas separators, downhole monitoring tools (DMT), pressure sensitive instruments (PSI), surveyor, and straightening shaft, etc.

Job Description

• Clean, oil, and/or sub-assemble components prior to final assembly at the appropriate assembly station.
• Assemble new equipment according to engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and established procedures.
• Inspect components and assemblies to ensure proper fit, alignment, and adherence to specifications.
• Safely operate hand tools, torque equipment, and other tools required for assembly.
• Load completed assemblies and transport equipment to the appropriate testing or lockplate/paint shop area.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Perform other related assembly duties as assigned.

Skills Required

• Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and assembly specifications.
• Ability to use common hand tools and torque equipment safely and effectively.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment as required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Education

• Requi red: High School Diploma or GED required.

Additional requirements

• Sh i ft: 5AM - 3:30PM Monday - Friday

Pay rate

• $18 per hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
