Bi-Lingual Field Supervisor (CNA/HHA/DCW)

Location : Wilkes-Barre, PA (Field-Based Role)
Coverage Area : Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Wayne, and Wyoming Counties
Compensation : $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (Bi-weekly Pay + Mileage Reimbursement)
Employment Type : Full Time – Hourly
Reports To : Administrative Team – Familiar Roads Home Healthcare

Familiar Roads Home Healthcare is seeking a Bi-Lingual Field Supervisor (English/Spanish) with CNA, HHA, or DCW credentials to support and oversee in-home caregivers across Northeastern Pennsylvania.

This is a field-based position primarily serving clients and caregivers in Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Wayne, and Wyoming Counties . The Field Supervisor may reside in any of these counties and will travel throughout the region. Base location is Wilkes-Barre, PA .

As a key member of our leadership team, the Field Supervisor ensures that quality, compassionate care is delivered to all clients and that caregivers receive the training, guidance, and oversight needed to succeed in the field.

• Conduct field visits to observe caregiver performance and ensure care plan compliance

• Supervise and support DCWs, HHAs, and CNAs across multiple counties

• Train and onboard new caregivers and conduct periodic in-service sessions

• Serve as liaison between clients, families, and office staff

• Respond to client concerns or incidents and ensure timely resolution

• Provide real-time coverage or backup when staff call out

• Complete caregiver evaluations and maintain documentation in accordance with state requirements

• Participate in weekly team check-ins and assist with case coordination as needed

• 1+ year of experience in caregiving (CNA, HHA, or DCW certification required)

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

• Supervisory or team lead experience in home care strongly preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Ability to work independently and travel across multiple counties

• Organized, professional, and passionate about supporting caregivers and clients

• CPR certification preferred

• $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
