Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with emotional or developmental needs? LETS Therapy is seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our school-based teams in Eagleville and Norristown, PA .
As a PCA, you’ll play a key role in helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally — while working alongside supportive teachers, behavior staff, and therapists.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM
Position: 1 PCA Opening
Academy
Address: Norristown, PA 19403
Program Type: School Age – Emotional Support
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position: 1 PCA Opening
Role Overview
- Provide one-on-one support to students with emotional or behavioral needs.
- Assist with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation.
- Implement strategies outlined in individualized support or behavior plans.
- Promote independence, safety, and engagement in the school environment.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff.
Requirements
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (school, daycare, or behavioral health setting preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current clearances (Child Abuse, PA Criminal, FBI) or willingness to obtain.
