Position Overview:
As an In-Home Personal Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in our clients' fitness journeys. You will deliver customized workout plans and provide one-on-one training sessions tailored to meet individual goals and needs. Responsibilities:

Conduct initial consultations to assess clients' fitness levels, health history, and goals.
Develop personalized fitness programs that align with clients' objectives, incorporating exercise routines, nutrition advice, and lifestyle recommendations.
Provide motivational support and encouragement to clients during training sessions to maximize their potential and adherence to the program.
Monitor clients' progress, adjust fitness plans as needed, and track milestones towards achieving fitness goals.
Maintain accurate records of sessions and client progress reports.
Ensure safety and proper technique during workouts, emphasizing injury prevention and health maintenance.
Qualifications:

Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent).
Previous experience in personal training, preferably with a focus on in-home sessions.
Strong understanding of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire clients.
Professionalism and reliability in managing client appointments and schedules.
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
