What You’ll Do

As a Building and Grounds Worker, you’ll keep our facilities running smoothly year-round. From mowing and landscaping in the summer to snow removal in the winter, your work will directly impact the safety and appearance of our plant.

Key Responsibilities

Mow lawns, trim weeds, rake leaves, and perform landscaping tasks to keep our property pristine.

Remove trash and empty recycling containers.

Trim bushes, shrubs, and hedges.

Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as directed.

Handle snow removal including plowing, shoveling sidewalks, and clearing doorways.

Operate snowblowers, snowplows, and salt spreaders during winter months.

Assist with general building repairs such as drywall, painting, and fixture maintenance.

Pick up and deliver supplies as needed.

Follow all safety protocols and use required PPE.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Valid state driver’s license.

Ability to safely operate equipment such as mowers, trucks, snowplows, forklifts, aerial lifts, ladders, and power tools.

Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of general carpentry and repair.

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday| 7:00-3:30

During winter months, shift will switch to 2nd shift as assigned.
