Job Title: Senior Analyst – Data Insights

Job Description:

AEO Employment Services Co LLC seeks a Senior Analyst – Data Insights. This is a remote position, allowing employees to work from anywhere in the United States to drive retail and e-commerce insights.

Position Duties:

• Deep analysis of consumer behavior including website traffic, conversion rates, and out of stock analysis.
• Analysis of product recommendation engines and their impact on purchases.
• Acquisition analysis including MTA (multi-touch attribution), MMM (marketing mix modeling), last touch attribution, and other analyses to inform spending mix across channels and products.
• Supply chain visualizations for network efficiency and RFID tracking technology.
• Maintain tracking and tagging of all products in retail and e-commerce catalog.

This position requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field plus four (4) years of experience in a related position.

Experience must include:

• Creating database layers for business intelligence standardization using GCP or AWS cloud platforms.
• Using Tableau desktop to create dashboards for data visualizations, time series analysis, and deployment of rich graphic visualizations.
• Maintaining the overall health and performance of a Tableau Server environment.
• Using Cognos for Ad-Hoc and developed reports scheduled, triggered & distributed in various formats.
• Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, subqueries, window functions, and Common Table Expressions (CTEs).

This is a fully remote position, and the employee can work from anywhere in the United States.

Salary: $151,040 / year
