Optician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 to $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm )

• Assist patients in selecting eyeglasses and contact lenses based on optometrist or ophthalmologist prescriptions.
• Ensure proper fit and comfort of eyeglasses through measurements, adjustments, and repairs.
• Educate patients on product options, lens types, and proper eyewear care.
• Create work orders, manage inventory, and process insurance claims accurately.
• Handle administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.

Optician Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong phone etiquette and professionalism a must.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
• Previous experience in an optometrist office is required.
