Front Desk Admin - New Opening!
Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Front Desk Admin opening! This direct hire opening offers full time hours, 9a-5p, Mon-Fri. Pay is $45,000/annually.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a team of managers
- Serve as first point of contact by answering and directing incoming calls
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment to visitors
- Prepare reports, assemble presentation materials, and put together client booklets
- Perform client scheduling
- Reconcile statements
Candidates for this role will have experience working in a highly structured and polished office environment. Candidates must have very clear and professional communication skills. Experience using MS Word and Excel is required.
