A growing Trusts and Estates practice is seeking an experienced attorney to join its team and help expand its service offerings to individuals and families. This role involves advising clients on sophisticated estate planning, asset protection, and long-term planning strategies while collaborating across practice areas to deliver practical, client-focused solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5–10 years of Trusts and Estates experience

• Meaningful supplemental experience in one or more of the following:

  • Medicaid planning

  • Medicare-related planning

  • Business or corporate matters

• Portable book of business preferred (viewed favorably, but not required)
