Laborer/Shaker Table Operator - Recycling Center
We are hiring a Shaker Table Operator to join our recycling operations team. This role is critical in producing high-quality, marketable recycled materials by operating specialized separation equipment. If you are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, we encourage you to apply.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate a shaker (gravity separation) table to separate valuable metals from non-metallic materials.
- Monitor machine settings, including vibration speed and water flow.
- Inspect materials and remove contaminants to maintain product purity.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently.
Prior industrial or recycling experience preferred, but not required.
