HVAC Installation Technician

$25–$45 per Hour | Full-Time | Permanent Position

Our client, an established and growing HVAC contractor serving the Lehigh Valley, is seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Technician to join their team in Bethlehem, PA.

What You'll Do

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipment.
• Replace existing HVAC systems while ensuring installations meet manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Perform equipment start-ups, testing, and system commissioning.
• Fabricate and install ductwork as needed.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Complete installation documentation accurately and on time.

What We're Looking For

• Previous HVAC installation experience required.
• Strong understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, installation manuals, and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and installation best practices.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move HVAC equipment and materials.
• EPA Certification is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
