Responsibilities:

• Assist electricians with general in-home electrical service calls and installations
• Support the team in preparing tools, materials, and equipment for each job
• Help maintain a clean, organized work area, shop, and properly stocked service trucks
• Safely handle, load, and unload materials and equipment at job sites
• Follow instructions to complete basic electrical tasks under supervision (e.g., running wire, mounting fixtures, drilling, labeling)
• Learn and adhere to all company safety procedures and electrical codes
• Assist in documenting work performed and collecting necessary job information for accurate records
• Coordinate with electricians, dispatch, and customer service teams to help ensure smooth daily operations
• Participate in training, team meetings, and company events to build skills and product knowledge
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with customers and team members

Qualifications:

• 2+ years' experience in electrical work as an apprentice or helper
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledgeable in residential electrical systems and building codes
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
