Do you enjoy creating meaningful experiences, building relationships, and bringing energy to a community? Phoebe Ministries is looking for a compassionate and organized Residential Services Coordinator to lead engaging programs and support residents at The Terrace at Phoebe Allentown.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and coordinate social, wellness, and recreational activities
- Organize resident events, outings, and community programs
- Support resident committees and communications
- Assist with administrative tasks and resident support
- Build connections with volunteers and community partners
- Meeting seniors at various fitness levels
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of related experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid PA driver’s license
- Passion for working with older adults
- Certified fitness professional preferred
