Full-Time Clinician (Independent Contractor)

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time clinician to join our team as an independent contractor . This role is ideal for a therapist who values:

This is a fee-for-service position. Contractors are paid competitively based on experience and licensure. There is no guaranteed salary and no employee benefits; you will function as a 1099 independent contractor. Full-time is defined as maintaining an average caseload of 20 or more clients/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to a diverse, eclectic caseload
• Individual therapy and, if desired, couples and families
• Offer both in-person and telehealth sessions (hybrid model)
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards and Pennsylvania licensing board requirements
• Participate in monthly team meetings and case consultations
• Coordinate care with other providers when clinically appropriate
• Contribute to the positive, professional reputation of Courtyard Counseling Center

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania as one of the following (or equivalent):
• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
• Prior outpatient experience preferred; strong newer clinicians will also be considered
• Comfortable practicing independently and working with an eclectic client population with a variety of clinical presentations
• Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and respect for client diversity
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and telehealth platforms

Schedule & Caseload

• Full-time is considered 20 or more client sessions per week
• Flexible scheduling within practice hours; some evening or weekend hours may be available or preferred
• Hybrid work: combination of in-person sessions at the office and telehealth sessions from an appropriate, private location
